These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the A B Big Store website and any purchase of home appliances from us, including air coolers, chimneys, QLED TVs, UPS units, geysers, RO purifiers, and related products. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under applicable Indian law. You confirm that the billing and delivery information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products and pricing
Product images, descriptions, and specifications are for illustration. Small variations in colour, finish, or accessories may occur. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice until an order is confirmed. Applicable GST is calculated at checkout.
4. Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it (for example due to stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud). Payment may be made by card, UPI, or cash on delivery where offered. Card and UPI payments are processed through third-party providers; we do not store full card details on this demo storefront.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on location, stock, and courier partners. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect the package on arrival and report transit damage within 48 hours with photos.
6. Installation and warranty
Manufacturer warranty, if any, is as stated on the product page or included documentation. Installation (for chimneys, geysers, TVs, or RO units) may be arranged by the brand or a local technician and can attract extra charges not included in the product price unless clearly stated.
7. Your account and conduct
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content, or place orders using false identity. We may suspend checkout access if we reasonably believe terms have been breached.
8. Intellectual property
The A B Big Store name, logo, layout, and original copy are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Indian consumer protection law.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jalandhar, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer forum rights.
